“If we see any crowd [in Sabah] they will not all be from the same race. They will be mixed. So that’s why there is love.”

In conjunction with the September 16 Malaysia Day 2019 celebrations, we were approached by CEI to collaborate and produce this documentary short film to celebrate our unity in diversity to herald the ‘new’ Malaysia.

Sabah, with its colourful mix of multi-ethnic and multi-religious peoples, is a fine example of a land that lives in harmony and has respect for one another in spite of their different religious or ethnic backgrounds. 

Created, from conceptualisation to the final product, in only 15 days, entirely done by Sabahans.
